Landlady/Landlord are very eager and kept on nagging when tenants have rentdues/short/missed payments.

After getting the cash. Whenever a tenant has concerns/issues about the apartment [ e.g roof leaks, suspicious holes, water drainage etc. ]

They'll suddenly turn into Ghosts or very difficult to contact or sometimes They are busy or Out of Town bla bla.

I know I said I was going to sleep but I can't. Right now being in tired 5AM headspace I kinda want to be a writer, a furniture refurbisher or someone that works in a friendly quaint cafe or bar.
