    #Day81 of #100HappyDays / #365HapoyDays : I’ve struggled today, it’s been a difficult one.

    I dealt with 12 jobs tonight and one of them - just one - was for someone genuinely unwell and in a mental health crisis.

    I was able to see her within 20 minutes of the call coming in, assess her, and find her a bed to help keep her safe, and begin her recovery journey.

    There have been a lot of negatives in my day today, but being able to help her, that’s a genuine high point.
