#30DaysOfBiking, Day 29: Ran some errand in the next village with the #Velospeeder based pedelec #Brompton. Usually 8 minutes and 2.7km each way. But since the times of the 1862 built railway girder #bridge are over and in August it is due to be replaced with a modern design—despite it's a listed building—both stone archs for the local streets besides the river are closed now. So in the end I needed a deviation of about 1km and rode 8.1km overall with a 23.4km/h average as I was bit in hurry.

#30DaysOfBiking, Day 25: A bit over 9km before dinner. Rode through #Tenero (mostly around the railway tracks), alongside the #Verzasca river, and the northern part of the wildlife sanctuary #BolleDiMagadino. 17℃ sounds warm, but it was windy and mostly cloudy, i.e. not much sun, so I was close to switching from fingerless cycling gloves to closed, warmer gloves.

#30DaysOfBiking, Day 24: Did a late afternoon ride without much a plan. Just wanted to see how much is left from the old railway track between #Tenero and #Minusio where they built the #Roccabella tunnel in 1980. Rode further towards #Locarno and then spontaneously decided to ride up to the top station of the #FLMS #funicular (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Locarno%E2%80%93Madonna_del_Sasso_funicular) with the #Brompton (with #Velospeeder e-assist). Very nice, sunny weather at around 16℃. 15km distance and ~270m climb (within 3km) in about 2h.

#30DaysOfBiking, Day 11 and 12:
Yesterday (#11) was just a normal commute, with a bit of deviation on the way back just for fun. (~9km)
Today (#12) I did a follow-up doctors visit at some specialist and some groceries on the way back. (~12km).
The specialist suspects that I have a typewriter's cramp in my left thumb from actuating the #Velospeeder's Bowden wire switch. So I got a typewriter's cramp from operating my e-bike after just about 8 months?!? 🤯
