Bristol city council are proposing to introduce 20mph speed limits on several roads across the city. There is a consultation to hear from local residents. Its quick and easy to complete.

Not only should you be allowed to bike on the sidewalk, it should be the only place you have to bike. A bike hitting a person is dramatically less bad than a car hitting a bike.

The street where I live is a #greenway with a strip of grass and trees as wide as one of the lanes on either side of it. People drive too fast on it all the time because there's less traffic but there are people walking dogs, and mothers pushing strollers.
My new favorite hobby is walking on the very edge of the greenway, inches from traffic so that drivers slow down in case I jump out in the road. If they still speed I act like I trip.
It's a blast!!!

Driving a #Chevrolet #Camaro makes me realize that people who do can't see SHIT! The bottom of all the windows come up to eye level. You can just barely ever see anything that's above the horizon.
It should be illegal to drive them on the street.
