2. Air-strikes deep inside Iran
3. Hottest year ever -
A 100% accurate accounting of everything that will happen in 2025:
- Berets, burlesque, and Blingees will all make minor comebacks
- Following the success of Nosferatu, Guillermo Del Toro puts both Frankenstein's and Frankenstein's Creature's dicks in his film
- Following the success of Guillermo Del Toro's Frankenstein, a men's romantic goth fashion revival makes me keep thinking I see my ex in public
- Trend: having as few apps on your phone as possible but showing it off by filming with a second phone
- Cookbook sales increase as finding a recipe online that's not AI generated becomes impossible. Unfortunately cookbooks purchased from Amazon will also be AI generated knockoffs of real ones
- Black Sea cruise ships
- An important political figure dies in an Osprey or helicopter crash
- A new, unforseen malfunction in Cybertrucks will kill several people trying to park them
- Tradwives are going to try to bring back gloves for women in public- Trump caught on hot mic calling Elon Musk a "dweeb"
- A major earthquake in California will exacerbate an ongoing wildfire
- More USians are going to try to grow their own food and get sick from incorrectly drying and soaking beans
- An "I Kissed a Girl" style song is released by a straight female artist and it's somehow both worse than the original and the artist immediately walks it back as fiction
- Jack Anotonoff somehow gets another great artist to produce a solidly mid album
- All car advertising will either: subtly point out how comfortable the vehicle is to live in or emphasize that you will have to interact with non-white and/or gay people on public transit
- NYC air quality will drop during a major concert causing people to pass out and be evacuated
- Eric Adams will remain mayor of NYC throughout 2025 but will be pied or milkshaked at least twice
- More soup-focused restaurants
- Phishing through QR codes reaches such levels that they become useless to use legitimately
- Sprained ankles? Out. Sprained wrists? In.

- Gen Alpha gets really into Ziggy comics
- People will ditch all their new Stanley cups for vintage thermoses

- There's a rift between people trying to put the US back on the gold standard and those trying to tie USD to Bitcoin
- Films with trans actors are no longer available on streaming services in some states, but classic James Bond film completists sneak in an exception for "For Your Eyes Only"
- Liberals try to do a "let's go brandon" but it's extremely bad and disappears immediately
- Ella Emhoff tries to hit on my girlfriend at an Italo Disco night
- For the tenth year running, no one you know has seen the number one movie in America
- A superhero movie literally recreates a scene from a Leni Reifenstshal movie but not Triumph of the Will so it's about honoring female directors (an article discussing this will be titled "Girls on Film")
- In a surprising upset, Yugoslavia wins Eurovision
