这半年表达欲恢复了一些，也做到了在一些方面更多的更明确的观点表达。算是短暂的实现了2024年初对自己的期许。希望继续保持【祈祷】。

书影音上与2023年全年平均水平比较，基本是持平的。希望继续保持，再创新高。

锻炼上几乎每天都在锻炼，非常的impressive。希望更加impressive。

另外改了一下表格的类目描述，更加具体和明确了。

希望2024下半年对我好一点，在6大项上有更大的付出和收获。

New Year's Wish

With a new year coming soon, I wish for my nation (and all other nations) a year:

• without shootings or other violence in the schools, the places of religion, the streets, the homes, or anywhere else, really;

• with honest and competent politicians loyal to their people and principles more than their parties;

• with news media devoted to keeping their people informed of the truths that affect their lives, not only those that inflame their tempers or prurient curiosities;

• with citizens whose idea of citizenship is not to rise up and destroy their fellow citizens, but to protect them all.

May it be so.
