I got an email from #GreenpeaceUK asking me what my wishes for the New Year would be.
I could not find a reply button so I took the time to think about it.

There are two:

First} I would like everyone to realize the EMERGENCY of the #ClimateEmergency.
I don't mind [so much] people being selfish but they should realize that the #Climate changes even if you are rich and privileged. It is NOT a 'far from my bed show' [Dutch expression].

Second} I would like people stopped complaining about the costs of #ClimateSolutions.
There's no cavalry to the rescue... this time you have to pay in advance ! The cost of #Adaption to protect your earthly possessions will become exponentially greater in time.

Now it's time for one week of suffocation [COPD] after a crazy Dutch tradition.
