Ok, I admit it was 80% done and sitting on my harddrive for...(checks notes) 8 years, but now it's finished!Anyone remember The Sarah Connor Chronicles? One of the best shows ever and I'm still salty it was cancelled way too early.

This year I'm going to forego the stress and pressure of resolutions. Instead, I'm going to try to let myself off the hook.
Am I going to try to accomplish a lot with writing? Yes. But I'm also going to go easier on myself if it takes me longer than anticipated to accomplish my goals.
It's difficult to balance progress with grace.

Contractors at the house on Monday and today - too much banging to write, but I made up for it yesterday. Will do the same tomorrow....
My goal is still 2 hours a day until this novel is finished.
Just as I typed this, it got quieter... Maybe they are finished? Maybe it's lunchtime?

Art goals for 2023:
-Work on my anatomy skills.
-Finally designing some OCs.
-Take my shot at doing pinup art and cross the nsfw barrier.
-Also finish my 120 page comic book as well as my 20 page short story on the side.
-More random pinups and fanarts. -
@toddtyrtle recommended me this article by David Cain about having a Depth Year. Instead of getting new things or taking on new projects, why not finish "loose ends"?

My friend went sk early this year and I stopped wanting to play radio.

I'm gonna drag myself thru these experiences.

I've made it a goal of mine to read every day! I started off in 2022 with book series I loved as a child but never finished, and I start 2023 the same. In this thread I will post each book as I finish it, so that I can look back at the end of the year and see my progress, since not all of the books on my tbr pile are physical copies, or even owned by myself.
