If you drive anything owned by Stellantis (Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Etc) - be careful out there. This is the 2nd time we've received this message in 4 weeks. Stellantis will push back as hard as they can for anything warranty related to save them money.

1st time - brought the van to the dealership. Dealership determined transmission needs replacement. We are under warranty so no problem, right? Dealership opens a case with Chrysler/Stellantis to get their approval for the transmission replacement since it's under warranty. Chrysler/Stellantis denied the part due to the dealership not able to replicate the error message. They do recognize that the error occured and that the error is stored in the computer. Dealership put over 100 miles driving it but no dice. Stellantis reimburses us over $500 for the rental car and we get our minivan back.

2nd time - this morning I drove it less than 2 miles from my house and this happened. I pull over and take the picture. Restart the car and I'm able to drive it to the dealership for round 2. Talking with Chrysler Customer Care during round 1 and they said that if the message pops up again, that would be proof of the error replicating.

Hopefully next week will yield some favorable results.
