Time for my annual colourblindness toot.

6th September is Colour Blindness Awareness day. I am colourblind. Always have been. Always will be.

Some facts
- Colourblind people _can_see colours. We struggle to distinguish them consistently.
- It's more accurately Colour Vision Deficiency but most people know it as colour blindness
- It's a chromosomal anomaly that is hereditary[1]
- #1in12 people with XY chromosomes are colourblind
- #1in200 people with XX are colourblind
- 30000 babies are born colourblind in the UK every year
- being colourblind affects education, work and living. It's not life threatening but it is overlooked and thus can be disruptive to one's life
- it is estimated that at least 1 child in every classroom is colourblind

Feel free to boost, or not, but please do consider how you might be excluding CVD people without realising it. At work, school and in life. We are your consumers, customers and fellow humans and there are 300million of us.
