I had issues with #1899Show but I am a little surprised Netflix has taken the decision to completely pull the plug, especially given the success the creative team had with Dark a few years ago.

The wife and I finished S1 of 1899 last night. Really enjoyed it! I feel like #Dark S1 was better, but this show has the potential to be better overall if it clears up more things in the future instead of becoming more and more layers of complexity.
My only gripe is that they contaminate the #triangle / #tetrahedron goodness with fake news #pyramid cameos. 😤

Going to fit one episode of #1899 in before bed. I've got to say, I'm pretty disappointed with the direction of the show so far.
There's little to no explanation as to what's going on, and the show seems to jump from one baffling moment to the next with none of the characters seeming to understand what's going on or why, which leaves the viewer even more confused.
What's more, the characters themselves don't have much going for them. They seem to exist to serve the plot.

Without spoiling anything, the entire premise of the show just changed with one lingering shot, and now I'm wondering if I got duped.
That said, I am enjoying it, and will continue to watch. Right now though, after two episodes I'm kind of not really feeling hooked like i hoped I might be.
