Well, it's one better, isn't it? It's not 10x. You see, most engineers, you know, will be coding at ten. You're on ten here, all the way up, all the way up, all the way up, you're on ten on your code delivery. Where can you go from there? Where?

Nowhere. Exactly. What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?
Hire an eleven.

Why don't you just make ten better and make ten be the top number and make that a little better?

I'm quite relieved that this doesn't apply to me. Even back when my social skills were far worse than they are now - my desktop background was never black. And I make pauses while typing. So I'm not *that* type of engineer. #10xEngineer
