Today’s 10k training plan run was 50 minute zone 1 pace run, keeping between 7:00 and 7:20 min/km. Chose to run on the treadmill so didn’t have to worry about any hills that might affect hr so to keep in zone 1 for almost all the run was a bonus #running #easyrunning #polarrunning #10ktraining #runnersofmastodon #RunningCommunity
