I ran the Cambridge Town and Gown 10K last weekend. The weather held so conditions were perfect and I surprised myself with a quick run for me: 45:55. I think I've not run 10K that fast since the start of 2021; my "new" second-hand Saucony Endorphin Speed 2 shoes may have helped.

Great Manchester Run 10k done and dusted. Almost ran the perfect race 😊 Pace was on point and pretty much consistent apart from when I stopped to have some water… I can never run and drink without choking and then a little later having a gel. I bet if I trusted to luck and kept going I could have ran sub 49 minutes but tbh I’ll take 50:06 #running #10krace #manchester10k
