#100movies — Public Fediverse posts

My new #100movies has started in earnest. The challenge is to watch 100 movies before Christmas.
Here's the first batch.
1. Super Mario Galaxy Movie. A blast! 2. Z for Zachariah. Low-key apocalypse. 3. Patience S2. Autism as superpower! 4. Airplane! Got my son into this trap and now we rewatch together. Amazing stuff. 5.The Agency S1. Watching Bond was never this disturbing. 6. Faces of Death. The OG disturbing mondo. Rougher than I remembered it. 7. Seven snipers. Tim Roth as super villain.

Some more #100movies capsule reviews:
15. Revenge of the ninja. Essential viewing for ninja fans.
16. Squid games S3. Largely a re-hash of S1.
17. The curse of la llorona. Ho-hum horror.
18. City on fire. Blatantly over-sized influence on Tarantino.
19. Feed. Swedish influencer horror movie. Yeah...
20. The Conjuring Last Rites. I don't remember much from it.
21. The rip. Cop heist movie. Ok.
22. Closed Circuit. 80s comedy banger about killer robot going good guy. Ally Sheedy is adorable.

I have just over 14 weeks left to watch 31 films to be able to hit my target of 100 Cineworld watched/reviewed movies in 2024.

But can I do it!! 🤞🏻 https://letterboxd.com/blazerkaz/list/cineworld-watched-reviewed-movies-in-2024/

@Fizzychicken I just finished watching it for the first time. (Going through a #100Movies bucket list poster). Have to.admit that I enjoyed it more than I thought, but not sure it would stand up to a second viewing knowing the ending.
