  1. Some more #100movies capsule reviews:
    15. Revenge of the ninja. Essential viewing for ninja fans.
    16. Squid games S3. Largely a re-hash of S1.
    17. The curse of la llorona. Ho-hum horror.
    18. City on fire. Blatantly over-sized influence on Tarantino.
    19. Feed. Swedish influencer horror movie. Yeah...
    20. The Conjuring Last Rites. I don't remember much from it.
    21. The rip. Cop heist movie. Ok.
    22. Closed Circuit. 80s comedy banger about killer robot going good guy. Ally Sheedy is adorable.

  2. #100movies capsule reviews: 7. Wisting S2 norwegian Nordic Noir. 8. Wisting S3. 9. Wisting S4. 10. Wisting S5. 11. Stranger Things S5. I think they lost the plot. The longer it runs, the worse it gets. 12. Mystery Train. This was my first Jim Jarmusch movie back in the day and it's still a fun ride. 13.Herencia Diabolica. Mexican low budget #Chucky ripoff. Weird and slow. 14. Knife under the throat. French #giallo adjacent vehicle with Brigitte Lahaie. Nude galore.

  3. #100movies has been going on for a month now and i'm 30 movies in. Some capsule reviews: 1. Seriemördaren i Wales (Steeltown Murders)) S1 - cozy crime series. 2. Mordet på ön (The Island) cozy crime series in gaelic. 3. Skiftet S1. Netflix does period police drama. 4. Reykjavik 112 S1 - cozy icelandic crime series. 5. Mr Scorsese S1 - Apple TV documentary on the legendary director. Great! 6. Wisting S1. cozy norwegian crime series.

  4. So #100movies This is the challenge: watch 100 (or more) movies from today (july 1st) until (and including) christmas eve.
If you watch a series, one season counts as one movie. Report all movies on #mastodon with the #100movies tag. This is an effort to make you watch more movies at its heart, started long ago on a Meta platform, and there are no prizes to collect. Except maybe satisfaction? Let’s go!

  5. @Fizzychicken I just finished watching it for the first time. (Going through a #100Movies bucket list poster). Have to.admit that I enjoyed it more than I thought, but not sure it would stand up to a second viewing knowing the ending.
