  15. I present the open source whopper v4.0:

    1. 130g of cheap 90/10 beef, formed by hand into balls, then smashed + par frozen. Cook on a griddle or grill, and season with S/P/MSG on one side after flipping.
    2. McGavins 5 inch burger bun, or Fournee Doree brioche sesame buns (not too dense, not too fatty)
    3. Add a pinch of citric acid to 4-6 hamburger slice pickles.
    4. Shaved onion, tomato, and shredduce.
    5. Dress to your liking (whopper style pictured here).

  16. One thing I've learned this year is that I'm happier and more productive when I lean into my ADHD.

    Most days I can find a #hyperfocus state. One way to think about it is that my brain works better when it's 100% engaged, so if a task only needs 60%, I need to fill that other 40% somehow. That's where I take obsessive notes, or do research for next tasks in the background.
