As to the work itself, this now means looking beyond the Shattered Moon series. The next book has key characters well established but some missing chapters and others that aren’t yet in order. Once they are, there will be some rewriting to do. All good fun.

The big one, for Jerya, is her Dawnsinger’s Vow. She only broke it once, but the consequences for her and for the Known Lands, are still being felt decades later.
She, and her allies, are also constantly bending, stretching, and ignoring rules and conventions relating to the rights and roles of women and of the enslaved.
