I could foresee some smaller tweaks here and there (#zsh with #zim framework as default shell, synced theme changes in #bat, #fzf, #eza and bunch of others, #nnn as the file manager to follow the TUI focus etc., #zen as the main web browser), but these can be customized fairly easily already in the main #omarchy distro. Switching the distro itself and the main filesystem powering it would require some heavy lifting 🤔

OK, NIC works perfectly fine in another machine, so it’s either faulty socket (very possible, it’s a very old mobo), or short circuit with the case (quite possible, the fit is very tight), or maybe not powerful enough power supply (I’ve got HBA with four HDDs connected in another PCIe socket) 🤔 #realtek #intel

@debianautnihil I think this might be a matter of preference — what you described is pretty much how GNU stew worked. The beauty of #yadm is that it works directly in your $HOME directory — you add files to be tracked via yadm add, you can list added/tracked files via yadm list. There’s a special handling for targeting specific hosts via alternate files — these are using symlinks but are still stored in their ordinary places, more info here: https://yadm.io/docs/alternates I hope that helps 😊

In occasione dell'uscita del libro, Bartov ha rilasciato un'intervista a #Haaretz nella quale si è affrettato a dichiarare di non essere antisionista, tanto dolorosa e difficile è per lui tale ammissione.
«Sono cresciuto in una famiglia sionista. Per me era ovvio che Israele fosse la mia casa», ha detto, per spiegare perché non è «anti».
Ma ha lasciato quella casa decenni fa, e le sue dichiarazioni fanno riflettere sulle sue preoccupazioni, o forse sulla sua vergogna, nell’ammettere di essere antisionista, cosa che apparentemente manca ancora di legittimità.
Bartov sostiene che il sionismo è destinato a scomparire, che Israele non può esistere come Stato normale sotto questa ideologia e che, se il sionismo è stato in grado di portare al genocidio a Gaza, non può più reggere come ideologia. ⬇️4

Haaretz a publié un entretien avec Omer Bartov (j’avais répouété le lien, mais je n’ai pas accès à Haaretz en anglais).
Cet entretien a été traduit et mis en ligne en français sur un blog Médiapart (Jean-Pierre Marchand). Alors, ce n’est pas très bien traduit (même moi, je rectifie plutôt mieux les traductions que je fais à l’aide de DeepL 😊) et c’est un maxi fouillis, en mélangeant le texte, les encadrés et les extraits placés en exergue (d’où des répétitions pénibles). Mais c’est un entretien long, intéressant. Et ça vous fera patienter jusqu’aux articles et entretiens en France dans deux semaines.
