Chills when @DianaOfPortland exclaims on stage she is *ensemble* person. Feeling connected with being around to contribute to ensemble being a word that means something that mob did not capture for me. #ScanAgile

She is here again, this time on Leading without blame. Absolutely looking forward to the next hour with @DianaOfPortland at #ScanAgile

Kika is running a workshop at #ScanAgile on example mapping. My commitment is to make this the one thing I practice after I’m home from here. This is not my 1st on the topic so I can expect myself action.

From a list of 14 to a visual of 14 practices. @tdpauw reminds this only needs two tools, version control and the build automation. #ScanAgile

At #ScanAgile @tdpauw is outlining the 14 practices that make ‘continuous integration’. I love talks that collate advice from many sources into a practice-based recipe.

One week. Two new talks. One of these days I will stop needing the reflection time public speaking is an excuse for. Next session at #ScanAgile in a little over a week.

#SEETest is looking for speakers. I am 4th consecutive year in their program review committee, and have keynoted there earlier. Lovely people, recommended. #CfP - call for proposals at http://pc.seetest.org/openconf.php until April 15th. #testing

Speaking at #ScanAgile on March 28th in Helsinki. When I’m unwilling to travel to a conference on other side of the world, I’m lucky to medicate my FOMO with a local conference.

I will however be again away from "invoicable work". There's #FutureCreators23, #7NFreelancerNetworking #ScanAgile, #NewCrafts and #EuroSTAR and my own #TestingDozen on my list until June.
Learning a lot while speaking and teaching is not away from the project work. Managers could do better in enabling this.

Me as manager, testing the organization. Today the target of testing is purchasing computers, where I explore the boundaries; and training budgets, both in terms of money out of pocket and time unavailable for other work. #Testers can surely turn everything into testing.

I just confirmed I will be speaking about the repeated exercise of moving from months to hours in releases over the last three years at #ScanAgile in end of March. My goal is to speak a bit more in Finland, and I am doing ok on that now.

‘We have guardrails. You can’t make any mistakes. You don’t need tests’. Yep, not something that should go though to architects, developers and testers as a promise on a technology. #FooConf
