Got loads done at work, and then kept to my promise (made to myself) to start back on my fitness plan. Taking it steady to be sure the hernia repair can handle things, so started with a 10 minute kickboxing workout followed by 3 miles of very brisk walking. Nothing's dropped off or gone pop (yet) which bodes well. I'll tackle a longer session tomorrow and keep on building up steadily. #Hurrah

Taking a dip in the Atlantic is very refreshing. That said, we used to swim in the North Sea between March and October as kids when we had a caravan at the coast so this is a breeze. Might go back in there in a bit. #BGS_GC26

Had a lovely 4 mile walk in the sunshine and made it back home before the rains came. Dottie is back to enjoying mooching about and is currently snoozing after her dinner. I’m jolly excited to see how she gets along with being on a boat for a few days this weekend. #MeHearties
