   "The head of the Idaho Business for Education group said it best. 'If we are not adequately funding public schools, why would we add additional dollars to a program that could penalize current educational funding,' he said. "If you are a fiscal conservative, this makes no sense whatsoever, because what you are doing is blowing a huge hole in your state’s fiscal responsibility." ... 1/2

   Good morning, #ksed! Check in with your #ksleg candidates this week. Ask them whether they support public schools. If they favor vouchers, “education savings accounts”, tuition tax credit “scholarships” & other privatization scams, they don’t support public ed.

   AZ had to cut funding for its water plan because of vouchers! P.S. 70% of voucher users are already in private schools. KS tax $ shouldn't subsidize welfare for the wealthy. #ksleg #ksed
