My occasional apology for the complete lack (or nearly) of cocktail/rum content after all the "I'm going to lean back into this" talk. I'm dealing with a disc so herniated it has pinned my spinal cord against the other side of the spinal column and like, it hurts a bit and the combination of medications for controlling that while we explore long-term treatment is like, not friendly to drinking. #cocktails #backproblems

Trying to decide if I want to make Vin d'Orange, Limoncello, or Falernum. I've never made VdO but I also just realized it's been over SIX YEARS since I made either #Limoncello or #Falernum.

Speaking of #bev or #cocktails - after having a HORRIBLE #Boulevardier at a restaurant in Orange that shall not be named, but rhymes with Crossbat, I remembered that I actually still have some awesome #vermouth, so I made one for myself and it made me happy.

Finally got to check out the new Mixing Glass OC location in Costa Mesa today and got to talk to my old friend, Chris Dion for the first time in probably 3 years because I'm a terrible friend.
