I have no intention to ask central union institutions and bodies ( https://european-union.europa.eu/institutions-law-budget/institutions-and-bodies/types-institutions-and-bodies_en ) to abolish the daylight saving time or to mend the roof or the window or to do anything on their own. I am trying to talk directly to you and few others and indirectly to the whole of all the people and all the institutions inside the Union - including, say, the local goverment of Praha 3.

That I propose that those "our"(!?) MEPs should be half plus one is supposed to indicate that we are moving towards "governing" even at the cost of dirty compromises. That it's not about indulging in some pure virtue.
