The Sigma Service Module measures 1.85 m x 3 m and has a wet mass of 4,584 kg. Its N₂O₄/Aerozine-50 propulsion system provides 2,026 m/s of delta-v. The shortened Centaur kick stage measures 5.4 m x 3 m, excluding the engine nozzle extension, and has a wet mass of 12,807 kg. Its hydrolox propulsion system provides 3,236.3 m/s of delta-v. The consolidated flight stack is 12 m long and 3 m in diameter, with a combined idealized propulsion delta-v of 5,263 m/s. The Centaur stage has been shortened by densely packing its hydrolox tank structure within the existing 3 m envelope, reducing parasitic cylindrical sidewall mass while preserving the established aerodynamic and structural interface. Its dry mass has been optimized to 1,324 kg by deleting restart batteries, zero-g coast RCS tanks, and other hardware unnecessary for the direct-ascent profile.
