Good morning, Mastodon friends! We have another cool, sunny, lovely fall morning in eastern Iowa.
I have physical therapy late this morning. I may walk the short loop with Joule before I go in case I'm too tired when I get home. I really like the therapist. She works me hard but carefully, so I'm tired but not harmed afterward. I know I've gotten stronger in the two weeks since I've seen her: I've begun walking Joule (albeit a very short distance), and I can do some home exercises that I simply could not do 2 weeks ago.
I have only 3 postcards left to write. Then I'll have a stamp-a-palooza -- 300 cards that are written but need to be stamped to go out on Oct. 12.
