Bike, to the train, to the pool complex where there's lane swimming, hot tubbing, a lazy river, a gym, hell there's even sort of a rock wall over part of the pool!
And then a beautiful 45 min bike ride home, almost exclusively on wide, not over light polluted, shared path.
Can you say "regular exercise"? I know I should have been saying it louder and more frequently, but the best time to start is now!
