So, repo reverted late last night; it's Actions. Which means most likely, it's something called from one of my Actions.
Ironically, Actions is the thing keeping me on GitHub for this repo. So maybe it isn't.

Well it sounds like some Internet arguments have resulted in language that could reasonably be interpreted as threatening toward people attending Rustweek.
Hopefully this turns out to be nothing, but:
I land Sunday morning. If anyone attending would like to borrow a large man in stomping boots to stand nearby and give "just don't" deescalatory vibes, I don't care who you are, your safety is important to me. Come say hi.

@freddy In case it's helpful:
If I open that file (which I sent you) in PDF.js, open the DOM inspector, and then ruthlessly find and delete all DOM nodes with animation-related CSS classes -- which I think is just #loadingBar -- the behavior immediately stops.
So, that load animation is looking like a likely culprit.
