Have a muffin recipe you like but too lazy to fill muffin cups? (I'm calling myself out here because that's usually my attitude.)
Fill a loaf pan instead and adjust the #baking time and temperature. I've had good luck with an oatmeal bread (previously muffin) baking at 350°F for 45 minutes.

Just saw an early screening of #Hokum. Great turn by Adam Scott, who holds the movie together. While the story has many supernatural elements, the movie feels very grounded in its characters.
