Can anyone recommend a good #calorie tracker that isn’t MyFitnessPal? I just want barebones numbers & percentage carbs, fat, etc. My #FitBit has died & I don’t like where the company is going so I’m looking into #Garmin, which I believe does not have calorie intake tracking. Not weight obsessed btw. Just trying to avoid the family trend of #HighCholesterol & #TypeTwoDiabetes.

This is so vile I wasn’t sure how to even word the trigger warning- “child murder” is pretty fucking awful as a phrase. But: I have rarely been as sick over a news story as I am about #AthenaStrand. 100% preventable if anyone had listened to the woman who accused the perpetrator 8 years ago. How can FedEx or any company do effective bg checks if people like this don’t have records? A white male non-immigrant btw. Perhaps that’s why no one listened.
