Just rang the #Phonecoop to check whether I am on the best broadband package. Got through to real person in a couple of minutes, they were super helpful, and all sorted. If your phone / broadband provider doesn't do that, really recommend switching

Apparently #phonecoop were letting people know in batches, so they could manage the response (i.e. tide of annoyed customers). Almost as if neither the #internet nor the #Quaker grapevine exists.

Argh, just found out - on the grapevine! - that #Phonecoop is closing its email domain and service. Had my #coop email for years, going to be a right pain to change it.
