Awesome as Hot Lips and she nailed the cranky but highly skilled nurse role to a tee. The rest of her body of work is mostly unknown to many but she had a depth to her role as the head nurse in MASH that few TV nurses have. The closest would have to be Dana Delaney as Nurse Colleen McMurphy in China Beach years later
