@tao , following the Guth-Maynard result discussed here, I have been working on a possible refinement of the 30/13 zero-density coefficient for the Riemann zeta-function.
My current manuscript obtains the coefficient 24000/10451 < 30/13. The main idea is to preserve the centered frequency Gram structure through the physical determinant-line decomposition, rather than scalarizing it prematurely.
I would be very grateful for expert scrutiny, especially of the centered physical-transfer and shell-local moment arguments.
