    My current manuscript obtains the coefficient 24000/10451 < 30/13. The main idea is to preserve the centered frequency Gram structure through the physical determinant-line decomposition, rather than scalarizing it prematurely.

    I would be very grateful for expert scrutiny, especially of the centered physical-transfer and shell-local moment arguments.
