  1. I've not studied world geography since the '90s. A lot has changed in 30+ years. I learned something new. Kyrgyzstan, or the Kyrgyz Republic is a country and it's been for quite some time.

    I feel like I should write an old school book report on traditional Kyrgyz cuisine for my own enrichment.

    I look at the weather across the world everyday as I have my coffee. The places I never heard of or thought about are interesting and as varied as the world itself. This caught my eye as it's dessert but in Uzbekistan. They are facing a years long drought.
