I've not studied world geography since the '90s. A lot has changed in 30+ years. I learned something new. Kyrgyzstan, or the Kyrgyz Republic is a country and it's been for quite some time.
I feel like I should write an old school book report on traditional Kyrgyz cuisine for my own enrichment.
