I just saw Backrooms (2026) I really enjoyed it. Here is a broad review with no specifics: it was a thought provoking psychological thriller with layered symbolism and philosophical depth with otherworldly soundtrack and the atmosphere of a forgotten dream. Watching the backrooms feels like getting lost in the mind. I especially enjoyed Chiwetel Ejiofor's performance as Clark.

You should never stick a pencil into someone's brains through their ear, pull it out and use the same pencil to stab someone else in the throat.
It's very unsanitary.
