Direct comparison: the #Vastaamo online psychotherapy service was breached by #Kivimäki who received a 6 year sentence for the breach and subsequent data disclosure, while the CEO #VilleTapio of the company breached was sentenced to 3 months suspended for failure to protect the data (and other failures against GDPR). The company went bankrupt.
