Picked some kale from the yard before I went to work. Chopped it up and sautéed it with onions, garlic, and spices, then added some marsala, a can of black olives, also chopped up, and a small carton of chopped tomatoes. Finished with tahini and cheap balsamic, then we ate it with a mix of regular durum flour and chickpea flour rotini. #dinner #AccidentallyVegan #ThingsWeHad
