Chủ nhà cho thuê dưới ngưỡng chịu thuế vẫn phải kê khai

Theo thông tin mới nhất, kể từ năm 2026, cá nhân cho thuê nhà, bất động sản có doanh thu dưới 500 triệu đồng/năm (hiện tại là dưới 100 triệu đồng/năm) vẫn phải thực hiện kê khai thuế dù không thuộc diện phải nộp thuế. Quy định này nhằm tăng cường quản lý và minh bạch thị trường cho thuê bất động sản, đảm bảo công tác quản lý thuế được hiệu quả.

Ukrainians have declared over 4,500 foreign companies, mostly in Poland. In the past two years, they have reported over 4,500 controlled foreign companies to the Tax Service, a quarter of which are registered in Poland. The most popular countries for foreign company registration among Ukrainians are Poland, the UK, the US, Cyprus, and Estonia.
