This is a big deal for me. I’ve just requested a dr appt to discuss my attention issues. I was diagnosed with #ADD MANY years ago but have never done anything about it. (Don’t know why) But I just can’t anymore. I’m more nervous about this more than anything other issue in the past! I’m only saying this here b/c I’m hoping to connect with others who deal with it. Ugh
