I have been watching “The Pure Hell of #StTrinians” on BBC2 (available on #BBCIplayer such a great laugh so many old stars in it - really still a story of our time - the slave trades- the establishments fear of the power of women and girls -the general abuse of power - the unlikely support for the underdog - also mental heath & the use of dance. I need this in the office now they’ve removed the yoga balls..
