In France they take climate adaptation seriously, that's why we see the new normal happen: They are #strawbuilding #strawhouse schools. The concept is "bioclimatique". They acknowledge the multi-benefits of natural insulation, besides CO2. See some examples here: strawbuilding.eu

In Germany, a third of the total agricultural land is used to grow cereals. This produces a huge amount of straw, which we can use to build in a climate-neutral or even positive way and replace fossil-based products in the EU via export. We just need to get on with it. #strawhouse #strawbuilding
