Three years sober from alcohol today.
Many insights have been developed and whatnot.
I’ve survived sobriety at the “hard level.” For me, that looks like going back to Puerto Rico, during the holidays, while navigating loss, in spaces where I drank and did other things, and I did not drink!
Anyway, I don’t give a shit what you do as long as you don’t hurt others. Not all sober people are uptight, time to dismantle that way of thinking.
