I made it to the boss at the end of stage 4 in #RocketKnight Adventures. 🥳
What I love about these games and what the Souls games somewhat remind me of, is seeing yourself getting better the more you play.
When I started the game a few weeks back, I struggled with the first stage already. Then I got stuck on the second stage boss. Today I encountered the boss of stage 3 and thought it was impossible at first. And then I beat the boss on my next run and made it to stage 4, only losing one life in the progress. 🤯
The game is super hard, but I've seen now that it's not unfair. Everything kills you in one hit on the hardest difficulty and while I can't see myself ever going through that ordeal, I can see that it is technically possible. Given enough time I could probably do it, but I'm happy enough beating the game once on a lower difficulty. -

L'original est très certainement mon jeu favori sur Mega Drive. -
