    Strukturwandel gestalten: Staatliche Förderung für Kompetenzaufbau

    Das BMBFSFJ startet eine »Qualifizierungsoffensive«, um die berufliche Weiterbildung im Zuge des digitalen und ökologischen Wandels zu fördern. Durch finanzielle Entlastungen für KMU und eine verbesserte Berufsberatung im Erwerbsleben soll die Beschäftigungsfähigkeit gestärkt werden.

    Ziel ist es, den Strukturwandel proaktiv zu gestalten und den Fachkräftebedarf langfristig zu sichern.
