    One issue for professional services across all parts of UK HE, but particularly our RG friends and other ‘selecting’ universities, is gatekeeping HEA fellowship to exclude PS staff (because we’re not academics / faculty).

    The updated #PSF2023 is a lot better for this. There will still be gatekeeping, but at least not based on any wording cherry-picked or misinterpreted from the PSF itself.
