#DNA #sequencing ties it together, and you have a 1.8-million variant library with quality stability data for ~850k of those.

The authors take a commercial system and just make a ton of tobacco cell lysate to show it scales linearly. Seems good.
They make several therapeutic proteins and even a VLP. Yields aren't going too have us tearing out bioreactors yet but the field is moving!
