1/5 Researchers in Italy conducted the country's first field trial with #GeneEdited plants. "Activists" have now destroyed the field and plants. These plants - were gene-edited (NOT transgenic) - require less fungicide application, & are thus better for the environment. #PlantScience #PlantGMOs
