I made some peanut brittle today too, it's good. Used silicone baking mats in half sheet pans. Made 2 lbs or 900 grams, half of that is the raw spanish peanuts.

I feel like the world would be a better place if it had more peanut brittle. Maybe a subsidy for peanut, sugar, and butter producers? I wouldn’t mind increasing the federal budget for that. #federalbudget #peanuts #PeanutBrittle #candy #sweettooth
