Pechersk district court of Kyiv allowed to remove the electronic bracelet from Metropolitan Pavlo "Mercedes" (Lebed), as his defense proved that it does not increase the risks. All previous obligations remain, except wearing the bracelet. He must surrender his passport and appear in court upon demand. #PavloLebed #courtdecision
