I just had very enlightening session on the Human Principle of Work at #p4a24

One of my key realisations was the importance of Slack. And sadly this is completely neglected by most organisations where people always need to work. Employees working only let's say 60% on project feel totally unproductive.

But in reality which above a certain threshold (eg 80%) will make little disturbances leading to catastrophic holdups/results
