@copter_chief It is truly a possibility and a frightening scenario.
Some good news, though, a few days ago a federal judge blocked the display of the 10 Commandments in Lousiana classrooms, calling it unconstitutional. Of course this will be appealed, but for now it is comforting to know that some judges still support the law of the land.

This isn’t news.
They’re following/co-opting prohibitions that have existed within Catholic dogma forever.

EVERYTHING is forbidden outside of heterosexual marriage — no contraception use, no sterilization procedures, no surrogacy, no abortion, no divorce/remarriage, no stem cell therapy, no fertility treatments with IVF, no LGBTQIA sex or intimate cohabitating relationships, no adoptions, no acceptance in the wider community or employment by a religious institution, no trans healthcare or acceptance, etc.

ALL OF THIS will be the subject of morality legislation in the near future because ALL OF THIS has been defined & promulgated by those determined to remain in 13th century “morality.”
